SAN DIEGO, San Diego County — November 4, 2026. Four San Diego City Council district races have unofficial leaders following the November 3 election, according to a county results roundup updated on November 4.

Current unofficial results

In District 2, Nicole Crosby is ahead of Richard Bailey with 54.19% of counted votes. In District 4, Martha Abraham leads incumbent Henry Foster III with 53.46%. In District 6, incumbent Kent Lee leads Mark Powell with 59.63%. In District 8, Antonio Martinez leads Gerardo Ramirez with 56.85%. These are four independent contests for separate council districts, not a combined citywide vote. County officials still expect a substantial number of ballots to be counted before results can be certified.

Counting continues

The results are preliminary; reporting precincts and completed election-night tabulation do not mean the county has finished counting all eligible mailed and provisional ballots. An official canvass and certification will determine final winners.
